Complete Home Renovations

One home. One vision. Completely transformed.

When the project goes beyond one room, Real Deal Builders brings the whole job under one roof. We manage complete home and multi room renovations from planning and permitting through construction and the final walkthrough. One contractor answers for every trade, every phase, and every detail.

Kitchens and bathrooms, structural changes, flooring, drywall, cabinetry, paint, and finish carpentry we build ourselves. Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC we coordinate with licensed trade contractors on the same schedule, so the whole project keeps moving as one.

You get clear written pricing, careful planning and a realistic schedule. One contractor coordinates the trades, so nothing falls between them and nobody passes the responsibility down the line.

Whether you are renovating your entire home, a few rooms, a rental between tenants or a select commercial build out, the same standard applies to all of it.

How it comes together

Complex projects. Carefully orchestrated.

Every trade in the right order

A whole home renovation is not about managing one trade. It is about bringing all of them together in the right order. Demolition and structural work, then plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough in, then inspections, insulation, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, and final finishes. Each phase is sequenced so the next one does not tear it back open.

We keep the jobsite organized, the schedule coordinated, and the communication clear, so you know what is happening, what is next, and where the project stands.

One plan. One budget. One point of contact.

We start with a defined scope and a fixed price in writing, so expectations are set before construction begins. If a change becomes necessary, you hear the cost and the schedule impact before the work moves forward, not after.

On a rental property, time is the budget. We plan the work around a defined turnaround so the unit is ready for its next tenant as quickly as the scope allows.

Through the whole project you work with a crew that knows the plan, owns the schedule, and stays accountable for the finished result. When everything in the house is changing, nothing should feel out of control. You get clear communication, careful sequencing and one number to call.

What this service includes

A whole home renovation runs three to twelve months, depending on the size of the house, the complexity, the permitting, and how far the work goes. A multi room remodel moves differently than a full gut renovation, where the house is opened to the structure and rebuilt from the inside out. We plan for the known scope and leave room for the conditions that only become visible once walls, ceilings, and floors are open.

  • Whole home and multi room renovations: several spaces brought together under one plan
  • Gut renovations: down to the framing, with new rough in and new finishes throughout
  • Structural and layout changes: wall removals, beams sized to the span, full layout reworks
  • Kitchens and bathrooms: full remodels built into the overall project schedule
  • Flooring and finishes: flooring, tile, cabinetry, paint, and trim coordinated across the house
  • Rental property turnovers: work planned around a tenant turnover and a firm ready date
  • Permits and inspections: permitting, plan review, and inspections coordinated through approval
  • Commercial build outs: select commercial renovations and tenant improvements on request
  • One point of contact: one crew and one number to call, first walk to final completion

FAQ

Common questions

The questions we hear most often, answered plainly. If your question is not here, call us and we will answer it the same way.

How do you keep a large renovation on budget?

We price the scope in writing up front and flag the decisions that move the number before they are made. Surprises usually come from vague scopes and from conditions found once walls open, so we make the scope specific first and we stop and show you anything unexpected before we cover it back up.

Do you do rental property remodels between tenants?

Yes. Rental property remodels and turnovers are a regular part of the work, and we price them with a firm turnaround window because a rental sitting empty costs the owner money every week. Typical scope is paint, flooring, kitchen and bath updates, and any repairs the previous tenant left behind.

Do you do commercial build outs and tenant improvements?

Yes, on the right scope. We take on light commercial build outs, tenant improvements, and repair work for local business owners alongside our residential work. We handle the whole scope the same way: written scope, fixed price, trades in the right order.

Do you handle permits for a renovation?

Yes. Where the scope requires permits, we handle the determination, the paperwork, and the inspections, so the finished work is legal and does not become a problem at resale or when you refinance. We build the permit timeline into the schedule up front.

Can we live in the house during a whole home renovation?

It depends on the scope. Some renovations allow you to stay in part of the home and we phase the work to keep sleeping quarters and a working bathroom available. Others are cleaner with the house empty. We are honest about which one your project is so you can plan.

How long does a whole home renovation take?

Most whole home renovations run three to twelve months. The size of the house, the structural changes, the permit and inspection cycles, and the lead time on cabinets and specialty materials all move that number. A multi room remodel sits at the short end, and a full gut renovation, where the house is opened to the structure, sits at the long end. You get a realistic schedule with the quote.

Do you do structural changes like removing walls?

Yes. Where a wall can come out we handle it correctly, with an engineered beam sized to the span, proper support during the work, and the permits and inspections the change calls for, so the new layout is safe as well as open.

What is a fair way to structure payments on a large renovation?

Milestone based, tied to real progress: a deposit to schedule, then payments at demolition complete, rough in complete and inspected, drywall complete, and final punch complete. Big up front payments and pay as you go without milestones are both red flags in this industry.

Do you provide interior design and material selection?

We work alongside interior designers when you have one, and we can also help you make the selections yourself, guiding you toward materials that fit the budget, the timeline, and how you actually use the space.

What causes renovations to run late, and how do you avoid it?

The usual reasons are cabinet lead times, permit delays, and change orders piling up mid project. We order long lead items first, we build permit review time into the schedule, and we hold changes to a formal written process so they do not slow the whole job down.

Do you offer a warranty on a renovation?

Yes. We stand behind the work we install, and if something we built is not right we come back and make it right. Manufacturer warranties on cabinets, appliances, and fixtures pass through to you separately.
