Real Deal Builders is a licensed general contractor based in Valencia. We build for homeowners and business owners across the Santa Clarita Valley and the San Fernando Valley. Real Deal Builders Inc is a California licensed contractor, CSLB license number 1130858, active and in good standing with the Contractors State License Board. The classification is Class B, General Building, which covers whole projects across several trades rather than a single specialty, and it carries both residential and commercial work. You can look that number up on the CSLB license check and confirm the status yourself.

Kitchens and bathrooms are the core of our residential work. Around them we build home additions and ADUs, convert garages into living space, run whole home renovations, and handle tile, flooring, paint, windows and doors, and drywall. We coordinate the concrete, hardscape and landscape work with the licensed specialty trades who do it.
For commercial clients we take on tenant improvements, build outs, reconfigurations and repairs for local business owners, property owners and landlords. Our own crews handle the general building work and we bring in licensed specialists where the job needs them, all on one schedule with one point of contact.
Based in Valencia, we serve twenty cities. Most of our work is in the Santa Clarita Valley, where we live. South of the pass we work across the San Fernando Valley, and west of there in Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Hidden Hills, Thousand Oaks, and Moorpark. We would rather name twenty cities we genuinely cover than a list of valleys we only reach when the schedule allows.
