Real Deal Builders is a licensed general contractor providing construction and remodeling services. Kitchens and bathrooms are the heart of what we do, but we build well beyond a single room: home additions and ADUs, garage conversions and whole home renovations, along with the tile, flooring, paint, windows, concrete, landscape and drywall work that goes into them. We coordinate all of it so the project comes together as one job.

Every project runs on one schedule with one point of contact, so there is a clear path from the first walkthrough to the finished result. We build with our own crews and bring in licensed specialists where the job calls for them, and everyone who works on your project is held to the same standard.

When one team handles the demolition, the plumbing and electrical, the drywall, the flooring, the tile, and the paint, the work happens in the right order and each trade sets up the next. When those trades are hired separately, the gaps between them are where the delays, the finger pointing, and the surprise costs come from.

We keep it under one roof. You get a single written scope, a single schedule, and a single point of contact who knows the whole plan, from the first walk to the final walkthrough.

Scoping and pricing in writing

Most of the trouble on a construction project traces back to a scope that was never made specific. We start by making it specific, in writing, so the quote reflects the real work rather than a guess. If a decision along the way changes the number, we bring that to you before the work is done, not after it shows up on an invoice.

That is the whole idea behind the name. We would rather quote you the real deal up front and earn the next project than win this one on a number we cannot hold.

Do you handle both small jobs and large projects?

Yes. We take on everything from a single repair or one room to a whole home renovation and commercial work. It is the same team and the same standard either way, and we do not treat a smaller project as less important than a larger one.

Do you provide free quotes?

Yes. Every project starts with a consultation and a detailed written quote, so you know the scope and the price before any work begins. There is no pressure and no obligation.

Will one team handle my whole project?

Yes. We manage all the trades under one schedule and one point of contact, so you are not left coordinating separate contractors yourself. Rough in inspections, finish work, and every trade in between run on the same schedule we set with you.

Are you a licensed contractor?

Yes. Real Deal Builders Inc holds California contractor license number 1130858, Class B, General Building, active with the Contractors State License Board. Look it up on the CSLB license check before you hire anyone, including us.

Do you handle both residential and commercial work?

Yes. On the residential side that means kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions and ADUs, tile work, flooring, painting, decks, drywall, and full renovations. On the commercial side we handle build outs, tenant improvements, and repairs for local businesses. The approach is the same: a clear written scope, written pricing, and trades managed in the right order.

How does the process work from first call to project start?

You call or use the contact page, we schedule a walkthrough of the project, we put together a detailed written quote, and once you approve it we set a start date. We can usually be on site within a couple of weeks depending on the current schedule and any permit requirements.

What areas do you serve?

Our home base is Santa Clarita, and we serve twenty cities: the Santa Clarita Valley, the San Fernando Valley from Sylmar across to Woodland Hills, and west to Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Hidden Hills, Thousand Oaks, and Moorpark. What payment schedule do you use?

We use a milestone based payment schedule tied to real progress on the job rather than a large deposit up front. The exact schedule is spelled out in the contract along with the scope, so nothing about how the project is paid is ambiguous once we begin.

Do you offer any warranty on your work?

Yes. We stand behind the work we install. If something we built is not right, we come back and make it right. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures, cabinets, appliances, and materials pass through to you separately.
