Accessibility statement
We want this website to work for everyone who visits it, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, voice control or a screen magnifier. This page says what standard we hold the site to, how we test it, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
The standard we aim for
We build and check this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the guidelines published by the W3C. That covers things like text contrast, keyboard access, clear headings and labels, and text alternatives for photos.
How we test it
Before a change to the site goes live, an automated scanner called axe checks every page, once at the width of a phone and once at the width of a desktop screen. A scanner only finds what it can measure, so it is a first check rather than the last word.
The next step is a person working through the pages with a keyboard alone and then with a screen reader. That hands on review is planned and has not been done yet. We will update this page when it has.
Tell us what got in the way
Use our contact form with the accessibility topic already chosen. Tell us which page you were on and what stopped you, and if you like, the phone or computer and any assistive technology you use.
If the form itself is the problem, call us at (818) 276-7344 and say the call is about the website.
How fast you hear back
We reply within 2 business days. We aim to have the fix live within 45 days of your report. If a problem needs longer than that, we will tell you why and give you a date.
