What is the fastest way to reach you?
The fastest way is a phone call to (818) 276-7344. A text to the same number reaches us during business hours and is a good option if you want to send photos of the space along with your note.
Do you charge for the consultation or the quote?
No. Both the consultation and the written quote are provided at no charge. There is no obligation to move forward, and no charge until you approve the scope and give us a start date.
How soon can you get out to walk my project?
We usually schedule a walk within a few days of your first call, depending on our current book. Urgent repairs and emergency work often move sooner.
What areas do you serve?
Twenty cities across the Santa Clarita Valley, the San Fernando Valley, and west to Calabasas, Thousand Oaks, and Moorpark, from our base in Valencia, CA. See the locations page for every city we cover. If you are just outside our listed area, call and ask.
Do you handle both residential and commercial?
Yes. On the residential side that means kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions and ADUs, tile work, flooring, painting, decks, drywall, and full renovations. On the commercial side we handle build outs, tenant improvements, and repairs for local businesses.
Are you a licensed contractor?
Yes. Real Deal Builders Inc holds California contractor license number 1130858, Class B, General Building, active with the Contractors State License Board. Look it up on the CSLB license check before you hire anyone, including us.
